Definitions

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”): The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.

Data Controller:
ÇAP Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“ÇAP Teknoloji” or “the Company”) acts as the data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) with respect to the processing of your personal data.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Personal data collected through forms on ÇAP Teknoloji’s website (job application, contact, demo/support request) are processed for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: Responding to your requests (providing demo/support, evaluating applications).

• Legal Obligations: Compliance with tax, commercial records, and official authority requirements.

• Business Development: Customer satisfaction analysis and service quality improvement.

• Marketing Activities: Subject to your explicit consent, informing you about products/services, campaigns, and promotional activities.

If you have provided explicit consent, your identity and contact information may be processed for carrying out marketing communication activities, in line with your communication preferences, including providing information about promotions, advertisements, events, offers, campaigns, as well as conducting surveys.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

• Identity and Contact Information: Full name, phone number, email address.

• Request Content: Message shared in application/support forms, CV (in case of job application), type of request.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with:

• Service Providers: Suppliers providing technical infrastructure for email and SMS delivery (Art. 8/1-a of KVKK).

• Legal Requirements: Authorized public institutions (Art. 8/1-ç of KVKK).

• Business Partners: Only with business partners directly related to your request (e.g., product team for demo requests).

Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected automatically or semi-automatically through the completion of forms provided on our website. Data are processed based on the following legal grounds: compliance with our legal obligations, necessity for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and the presence of explicit consent where applicable.

Application Method

To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request with identity-verifying documents to kvkk@capteknoloji.com. Requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, every data subject has the right to request from the data controller information regarding whether their personal data are being processed. Within this scope, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed,

• Request information if your personal data have been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in line with that purpose,

• Learn the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, within or outside the country,

• Request correction if your personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,

• Request notification to third parties to whom your data have been transferred regarding correction, deletion, or destruction,

• Object to any outcome against you resulting from analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

• Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your requests submitted to ÇAP Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Yazılım Hizmetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. will be answered free of charge within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.

Applications must be submitted in a clear and understandable manner, including identity and address information, together with verifying documents, and signed in writing. You may deliver your application in person, by post, or through a notary to the following address:
